Here are the products received/gifted from Stylevana with my own genuine reviews:

Purederm Circle Mask Red Ginseng Essence

The ginseng scent in this mask is really strong, makes me think that it is very concentrated in the ginseng essence. Red ginseng is said to be moisturizing, brightening and anti-aging. As I have only used this once, I cannot comment on the brightening or anti-aging part but it is definitely moisturizer and I like that this is alcohol-free.

Dr Jart+ Soothing Hydra Solution Mask

This mask was tried by my husband and he finds it hydrating. The reason why I didnt tried this was due to alcohol being present in one of the ingredients in the mask. However, my husband likes the mask as he does not have sensitive skin. The mask is soaked with serum and very soothing as what the name described the mask to be.

Nacific Real Floral Rose Cream

This gel-type facial cream glides onto skin upon application without leaving any residue, making it quick-absorbing and refreshing, suitable for hot weathers. The top ingredient is Rosa Damasxena Flower water which is one of the key ingredients of the cream. The flower water is supposed to boost skin vitality for an all-over illuminated look. This has real calendula petals as well. The other one of the ingredients is wine and I can definitely catch the red wine scent from this cream which is so interesting. Personally, I find this a simple and fuss-free moisturizer for my morning routine and the scent of the rose and wine definitely perks me up in the morning.

Beauty of Joseon Centalla Asiatica Calming Mask

Have you tried Centalla before? It works wonders for some, while it irritates the skin of others. It seems this ingredient is a hit and miss so I was a little cautious when I tried this Centalla Asiatica Calming Mask from the Beauty of Joseon, available at Stylevana at  USD$14.57 for a box of 10 sheet masks for. However, I end up falling in love with this mask. The material is of a very thin cellulose mask and wraps nicely around the face. If you had used Innisfree second skin mask, it feels exactly the same!

First 10 ingredients were Water, Centella Asiatica Extract, Glycereth-26, Butylene Glycol, Niacinamide, 1,2-Hexanediol, Hydroxyacetophenone, Arginine, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer.

Firstly, I love that this is fragrance free and secondly, it’s alcohol free. My skin is super hydrated after using this. I gave some of these masks to my girlfriend to try too as I totally recommend this mask.

Jayjun Cosmetics Rose Blossom Mask

Stylevana has also kindly gifted their Jayjun Cosmetics Rose Blossom Mask for me to try which unfortunately has fragrance. So I let my husband try this mask. This mask has rose water and sodium hyaluronate as the top few ingredients. My husband thinks it’s quite a regular mask. He prefers the Beauty of Joseon Centalla mask.

Dr. Derma Solution Barrierderm Intensive Cream

Dr. Derma Solution Barrierderm Intensive Cream key ingredients are Fila seed, Ceramide and Hyaluronic Acid. However, if you look at their first few ingredients, there are a lot of emollients which is great for your skin texture and with the addition of dimethicone, it allows the product to be applied seamlessly on your skin. It feels so smooth and hence, giving you a feeling that it is very hydrating.

There is also squalene which is super moisturizing is a source of replenishing fatty acids and antioxidants. The key ingredients Fila seed, Ceramide and HA are at a later part of the ingredient list so those key ingredients may not be particularly effective. Having said that, I think this is great for those with oily skin, or for the body (hands in particular). I wouldn’t particularly use it for my face if I have really dry and sensitive skin as there is also lavender oil which may be an irritant but this texture is great for my hands. My hands feel very buttery smooth after application and I especially love applying this to my elbow.
